With this brand- new program, our goal is to give you a voice when it comes to your health. We want to really understand what your needs are and support you step-by-step to help you achieve your health goals. Your health coach will partner with you to help you understand what motivates you so that you can set yourself up for success. Throughout this program, you will learn to develop sustainable, healthy behaviors that will lead you on your journey to wellness. Whether you want to lose weight, prevent heart disease, or lower blood pressure, or cholesterol levels, you will learn a lot about yourself, your condition, and the steps that you should take to manage it.

What We Offer

Initial Consultation

45 Minute

In this initial consultation, we want to understand what your needs are and develop a step-by-step plan to help you achieve your health goals. In this 45 minute session, we will review your health history, and help you to develop a solid understanding of what health coaching is all about and how it can benefit you.

One on One Coaching

30 Minute Sessions

Throughout our coaching sessions, we want to give you a voice when it comes to your health. Your coach will partner with you to help you understand what motivates you so that you can set yourself up for success. Throughout this program, you will learn to develop sustainable, healthy behaviors that will lead you on your journey to wellness. You will learn a lot about yourself, your condition, and the steps you should take to manage it.

Group Coaching

-$47 a session 4 sessions-30 minute sessions

Our group coaching program is based on a small group format, approximately 6 to 8 people, where guidance and support is provided on various health topics including weight loss, heart health, and meditation and stress management. The program includes expert coaching alongside the support of your peers.

Island Blast Smoothie

1 small to medium banana (ripe and peeled)

1 rib of celery

¼ cucumber (peeled if not organic)

1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple

1 small handful of parsley

½ inch piece of ginger(or less if you’re new to ginger)

1-2 cups of coconut water (unpasteurized)

Creamy Green Smoothie

1 avocado (ripe, peeled and pit removed)

1 frozen small to medium banana (ripe and peeled)

1 orange (peeled and seeds removed)

½-1 cup of spinach

1-1 ½ cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

For a sweeter smoothie, use 1 tbsp of Grade B maple syrup, raw agave nectar, or 1 pitted medjool date

*Optional: 5-6 ice cubes
